I'm a remote CEO and a die-hard fan of remote work. A woman. A wife and mother. A diver and freediver. And every single day, I prove that all of these roles can be combined — and that wearing all these hats at once looks pretty good.

Why am I here?

To inspire you. To teach you. And to warn you about the mistakes I made in management — so you don't have to make them yourself.

How did this happen?

One morning, I woke up to find my social media blocked. No reason. No warning. No way to unblock it.

I decided it was a sign.

It was time for my own platform. Because if there's one thing I've learned from 18 years of leadership — it's that you should never build your house on someone else's land.
